Avis Preferred Plus Plus is a membership program that offers members perks like express service. Avis Preferred members are able to pay directly at the time they rent their car and have it delivered at their home. Members do not have to wait in lines and can simply find their name by scanning a board. Once they are at their assigned parking spot, they can then show their license at the exit.
